Fix the way you sit at your desk to improve your posture, feel better, and increase productivity!

Many of us spend hours sitting at our desks, but we may not spend that much time thinking about how we are sitting or how often we are getting up to move. The way you sit will affect your posture, which can cause back pain, and spending many hours in front of your computer screen without a break will decrease productivity.

In this Lunch & Learn, we will discuss:

  • How to set up your workspace for good posture - the do's and don'ts
  • What to look out for with your posture and why this is important
  • How to improve your posture
  • What different types of back pain may indicate and exercises you can do to relieve this
  • How often you should be moving, why this is important, and how to implement this into your work routine
  • Let's improve our posture, get moving, and become more productive together!

Pour plusieurs d’entre nous, passer des heures assis·e·s à nos bureaux est la norme et il est fort probable que nous ne pensions pas tant à notre posture ou à nous lever pour étirer nos jambes.
